Overview

The SIP IPe Melco Proxy has been developed to provide a communications link between Trend IQ controllers (IQ5, IQ4, etc.) and Mitsubishi AE-C400/EW-C50 controllers.

Trend IQ controllers (IQ5, IQ4, etc.) are not directly compatible with Mitsubishi AE-C400/EW-C50 controllers due to differing TLS versions used by each product.

The Solution: SIP IPe Melco Proxy

To resolve this compatibility issue, the SIP IPe Melco Proxy enables Trend IQ controllers to communicate seamlessly with Mitsubishi AE-C400/EW-C50 controllers.

The device allows a single IQ5XNC or IQ4XNC (with Mitsubishi strategy installed) to connect to a single Mitsubishi AE-C400/EW-C50 centralised controller.
