SIP/8-Port/SANYO
The Synapsys SIP device provides an interface between the Sanyo AMY unit and the Sanyo VRF units, allowing the units to be accessible via Modbus RTU. The SIP is pre-loaded with the device drivers to allow communications via one of the AMY's S-Net links, thus giving access to 64 indoor units. One AMY device can support up to 128 devices if both S-Net devices are used.
The Sanyo AMY device provides a standard range of values which can be transferred or set via Modbus. The SIP driver has been written to provide these values for all available units.
The SIP/8/Port/SANYO can also be configured for most VRF manufacturer systems and for energy metering.
The SIP easily integrates with the Sanyo Energy System including full BMS Interface with Trend & Cylon. The interface is through Modbus open protocol and all key system and operating parameters can be viewed and/or changed.
